Prospective authors are invited
to submit papers not exceeding 12 pages in length, formatted as
close as possible to the final format: Springer-Verlag LNCS proceedings
format (see www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html).
Templates are available at the LNCS website for your convenience.
Submissions must include :
- title of paper,
- author name(s),
- author physical
- author e-mail address(es),
- author phone number(s),
- keywords describing the paper
from the list of topics above.
- a 50-200 word abstract of the
paper (at beginning of paper),
- the text of the paper (including
all figures, tables, acknowledgments, and appendices, if any), and
must be submitted for review electronically following the instructions on
papers web page.
Manuscripts received in hard copy
form will not be processed.
Accepted file formats are PDF
All papers will be evaluated
with regard to their suitability for the conference, originality, technical
soundness, clarity, writing quality and sufficiency of information to
permit replication (if applicable).
Papers should not have been
previously published or currently submitted for publication
The Programme Committee
reserves the right to accept interesting contributions for posters. All
posters will be reviewed, as for full papers, and included as full papers
in the conference proceedings.
The first-named author (or
other corresponding author designated by the authors when submitting) will
be notified of acceptance or rejection on the 2nd November.
By submitting a paper, the
author(s) agree that, if their paper is accepted, they will submit a final
revised camera-ready version by the deadline for camera-ready papers on 8th
December, they will register at least one author by the deadline for
camera-ready papers, and at least one author will attend and present the
accepted paper at the conference.
Camera-ready papers are limited
to a maximum of 12 pages. The conference proceedings will be published by
Springer-Verlag in hardcopy and as a full-text electronic version. The
proceedings will be available at the conference. Papers will be considered
for a special issue of IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation.
