Submission Process for Camera Copy

Camera Copy Deadline 10th December

 

Submissions must include :

  • title of paper, 
  • author name(s), 
  • author physical address(es), 
  • author e-mail address(es), 
  • author phone number(s), 
  • keywords describing the paper from the list of conference topics.
  • a 50-200 word abstract of the paper (at beginning of paper), 
  • the text of the paper (including all figures, tables, acknowledgments, and appendices, if any), and references (cited). 
  • maximum 12 single-sided pages

Accepted file formats are PDF and Postscript. 

We highly encourage you to carefully consider the reviewers' comments when preparing the final version of your contribution.

 

 

To include the paper in the proceedings volume, the following conditions must be met:

o
We must have received your final camera-ready paper by: DECEMBER, 10, 2002. This is a HARD deadline.

 

o Your paper must be presented at the conference.

 

o At least one of the authors must have registered for the conference by the 17th January.

 

o Your final paper must be formatted according to the formatting notes of Springer-Verlag:
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

There you will find instructions and style files for LaTeX  and Word users (LaTeX2e preferred). The PAGE LIMIT for papers is MAX. 12 SINGLE-SIDED PAGES (everything included).

We need your paper in electronic form either as a pdf or ps file (named Family_name-First_name-Paper-ID.ps/pdf) in addition to ALL source files (compressed into a single file named
Family_name-First_name-Paper-ID.Z/zip/gz). Please e-mail these to: jimtoer@ifi.uio.no . We will then make the printout as specified by Springer-Verlag.

o For each paper accepted you must fax us (+47 22 85 24 01, Att: Jim Torresen) a signed COPYRIGHT FORM which you find at:
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/copyright.html.

It is sufficient, if one author signs on behalf of all authors of a paper.
